We headed out to Arbon last week for a graduation party for my brother and then the next day was the very excited and festive "branding of the cows." I grew up with this but my boys haven't really been able to experience life on the farm. Now, you really must understand that my boys are so city, this was quite devastating to them to watch these poor baby cows being drug around by their feet. And then having their heads put in a contraption that stretches their body out all while they are being burned on their bums! Yes, my boys were both clinging to my legs the whole time!
